We're seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Advertising Sales Agent to join our team and take the helm of monetizing our brand-new digital magazine, IMPCTRS Magazine.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure advertising revenue: Identify and reach out to potential advertisers across various industries relevant to our magazine's audience.

  • Craft customized advertising solutions: Understand client needs and goals, and build creative and impactful ad campaigns that align with both their and our vision.

  • Negotiate and close deals: Present compelling proposals, demonstrate the value of advertising in IMPCTRS Magazine, and secure agreements with clients.

  • Maintain and nurture client relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing repeat business.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Constantly research and learn about digital advertising trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies to keep your sales pitch strong.

  • Report and analyze sales performance: Track your own results, provide regular reports to management, and contribute to strategizing for future sales initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in advertising sales, preferably in the digital media or publishing industry.

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, and campaign measurement.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Resourceful and tenacious, with a relentless drive to achieve sales goals.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience remote work
