4. Action – This is when the customer actually makes a purchase.
Scenario: The potential customer from the example above completes their purchase on your website.
5. Retention – Finally, it’s important to keep customers engaged and encourage them to come back for more. This could be through loyalty programs, repeat purchase discounts, or excellent customer service.
Scenario: After receiving their purchase, the customer from the example above is happy with the product and decides to sign up for your loyalty program.
